nature of the design and construction of these structures. Henry C. Alba is a Licensed Architect & General Contractor who holds an AMMA Window Masters Installation Certification. HCA provides Design, Consulting & Construction services to Property Owners, Property Managers, Developers, Contractors, Insurance Companies and Private Parties. Our goal is to provide our clients with the professional expertise in both design and construction that comes with deep industry knowledge and function.
